Security Officer - Building Console

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, confirming credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized guests, staff, and/or vendors in accordance with site protocols; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate; Support front desk operations by answering questions, providing clear directions, and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate personnel; Help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation of entry points, badge activity, and front lobby conditions while maintaining a professional presence
