This position offers a unique opportunity, a less conventional work schedule, and the ability to work with a supportive team. Located along the Big Horn River, Worland offers a strong community feel, beautiful mountain views, and protection from severe weather via the Big Horn Basin topography. Additionally, Wyoming is one of only nine states with no state income tax.

Qualifications
Preference may be given to applicants with a high school diploma and one year of work experience with the public or youth. However, anyone interested in an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of youth is encouraged to apply. The Boys' School will provide training and mentorship to ensure that new team members have the resources and knowledge to succeed in this role. Knowledge includes skills and ability to assess the grounds and buildings' safety and risk factors, skills and ability to interact with residents, staff, and the public respectfully and professionally, skills and ability to de-escalate youth, and skills and ability to safely demonstrate physical and non-physical intervention during crises where residents are hostile, aggressive, out-of-control, and in danger of harming themselves, others, or property.
