Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or public agency representatives as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, waiting areas, entry points, perimeter locations, and other assigned spaces to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or security-related concerns; Monitor pedestrian traffic, observe restricted and public areas, and help to deter unauthorized access, disorderly conduct, and/or prohibited activity through visible presence and routine observation; Document daily activities, incidents, and notable conditions, and communicate clearly with supervisors, client representatives, and/or first responders when appropriate
