Security Officer Part Time Front Desk

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting visitors, residents, patients, and staff, and supporting security-related protocols for the location.; Monitor access to the location by checking in guests, verifying identification when required, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site guidelines.; Answer phones and greet incoming individuals in a professional manner, provide directions and information, and communicate questions and/or concerns to appropriate personnel.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required logs and communication channels.; Observe lobby and reception area activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
