Dispatcher

The Dispatcher at NH Ross plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery processes. As a key member of our operations team, you will help optimize resource allocation and contribute to our commitment to excellent customer service. This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity for Full-Time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service while minimizing costs.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support.
  • Monitor the status of deliveries and promptly address any issues that arise during transit.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new dispatch personnel as needed.
