Dispatcher Position The Dispatcher position is critical to the efficient assignment of resources to the customers and clients served by the company. Employees in this position will perform the following:Take a status report from the previous dispatcherLog on to Rescue NetSign into the Dispatch LogReview Crewscheduler for the scheduled units to plan the work flow for the shiftProvide accurate ETA's to the Call Takers for emergency callsMonitor the board and update on a regular basisLog any incidents to the Dispatch LogReport any unusual incidents to the management teamSpeak and understand the English LanguageProperly operate the computer and the software suite provided by the companyProperly operate the phone and other communications system providedSpeak to clients, customers and colleagues in a professional mannerPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:HS Diploma or GED Equivalent requiredPosted Salary RangeUSD $20.00 - USD $28.87 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
