Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients and generating revenue. Notify clients ahead of time without fail if we will not arrive in the specified time window. Communicate with Parts & Purchasing department to help arrange efficient delivery of parts and scheduling of return visits. Debrief with field staff upon the completion of a job. Make sure all invoice and job notes are accurate and updated.

You don't like talking to people - Tone matters! You feel overwhelmed in a fast paced environment. Being organized is a struggle. You don't believe communication is key. You are not likely to follow what you were taught and apply it with enthusiasm.

Our interview process is not long, but it's thorough. We want to make sure that each person who joins the team is the right fit. And that we are the right fit for you! After we review your application, you will be contacted for an interview with the Hiring Manager. Plan on approximately 60 minutes.

Compensation: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
