Since 1969, we've been serving Cheyenne and surrounding areas with exceptional workmanship and customer service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dispatcher to join our dedicated team.
As a dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub between our customers and service technicians. You will schedule and coordinate service calls, manage work orders, and ensure timely and efficient dispatching to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming service requests, including emergency calls, from customers
- Schedule service appointments for technicians based on availability, location, and skill set
- Optimize technician routes to minimize travel time and improve efficiency
- Confirm appointments with customers, providing estimated service times and ensuring they are prepared for the visit
- Notify customers of any delays, changes to schedules, or issues affecting their service
- Communicate with field technicians regarding the day's schedule, job details, and any special instructions
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed on time & adjust schedules as needed
- Accurately record service call details, customer information, and technician dispatches in dispatch software
- Maintain organized records of completed jobs, including any follow-up work required
- Ensure all service tickets are properly documented, invoiced, and closed
Requirements:
- 2+ years dispatching experience or experience in an administrative role, preferably in a trades or construction environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer services skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Familiarity with scheduling or field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) a plus
