Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, badge verification, and/or entry procedures in accordance with site guidelines; Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or potential hazards observed during patrols and routine assignments
