The selected individual will support PEO IWS 1.0 on AEGIS Development and Integration projects associated with Baseline 9 configurations of the AEGIS Combat System.LocationWashington, DC 20003, United StatesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in a STEM degree programMinimum of one (1) year of experience; preferably one to five (1-5) years of professional experience in an engineering role.Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.Experience working in a project-oriented environment.Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other similar tools.Strong communication skills (oral and written).Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Appointee must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.Position will require travel of approximately less than 10% of the time.Desired ExperienceExperience with Navy Weapon and Combat System.Experience with Software Development and Testing.ISM is a growing small business providing exceptional technical, engineering and program management services to DoD programs.
