Technical Appian Consultants help scale our business by providing expert guidance on solution delivery and designing and integrating cutting‑edge Appian solutions into our client's architecture. Technical Appian Consultants deliver on best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design and implement internal processes and tools to improve the efficiencies of the business.What You'll Be Working OnImplement complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologiesHands‑on design, development, and test activitiesGuide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical successEnsure solutions are built for scale and performanceDrive process improvement for our clientsSupport internal solutions, infrastructure, and toolsMentorship, training, and enablement of resourcesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions2+ years of related IT experiencePreference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certificationsStrong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodologyStrong technical design and implementation and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresightStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high‑paced environment, multi‑task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team‑building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”)Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance (US Citizenship required).
