This role is responsible for supporting the government customer in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for MDA flight test personnel. The primary objective is to ensure that the test training program runs efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with established procedures, providing the backbone for successful mission execution. Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the execution and management of on-console and classroom training schedules for all personnel across MDA and its partners. Identify, generate, and manage schedules, course requirements, and resource allocation to ensure operational readinessDevelopment and implementation of standardized plans, processes, and checklists to enhance program efficiency. Manage essential documentation to support mission execution and post-test activitiesProviding leadership with clear reports and tools to assess the certification and readiness status of the Mission Execution Team. Ensure all personnel and resources are aligned and prepared for assigned flight test missionsProviding on-site support at deployed locations, acting as a key coordinator for Test Directors and Chief EvaluatorsDevelopment and implementation of robust evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
