Job Summary:
The Security Specialist Residential position at Two North Breakers Row involves providing protective services to residents and the property. - Monitor surveillance systems and control access to the premises
- Inspect apartments and mechanical rooms for security issues

- Conduct investigations and write incident reports as necessary
- Assist residents with requests after hours
- Deliver newspapers and inter-office mail
- Be the first responder to emergencies and alarms

- Maintain composure and professionalism in all situations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in security or related field
