Description
The Cleared Security Escort monitors and accompanies authorized and uncleared personnel within secure facilities to ensure compliance with all safety and security requirements. This role helps protect classified work areas by maintaining constant observation of work activities, preventing unauthorized access, and enforcing established site procedures. Escorts are expected to maintain a professional presence while supporting secure operations in a high-security environment.

Escorts are expected to maintain a professional presence while supporting secure operations in a high-security environment.
Responsibilities:
- Observe personnel under escort to ensure compliance with security and safety procedures.
- Maintain continuous visual contact with individuals in secure areas.
- Immediately stop any unsafe or unsecure work to prevent injury or security compromise.
- Report all non-compliance issues regarding safety, security, or scope of work to the Escort Supervisor.
- Escalate incidents promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as a professional representative of the organization while interacting with escorted personnel.
- Maintain situational awareness and remain alert to potential safety or security risks.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required; must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Active and current Secret clearance required.
Select positions require an active TS/SCI clearance. - Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret documents and apply rules and procedures accurately.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Secure facility environment; may involve extended periods of standing and walking.
- Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required
