Full-Time Swing Shift Tuesday-Saturday 1500-2300Basic Requirements: 21+, WA Driver's License, 2 years of physical security, 6 months of dispatch/call center experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience
• Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment
• Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations
• Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately
• Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed
• Ensure all shifts are fully manned
• Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
