DescriptionThe PMO Analyst (Mid) provides program and project management support for Navy initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. This role supports planning, tracking, reporting, and governance of multiple projects while ensuring compliance with DoD and NAVSEA directives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution SupportSupport planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple projectsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with scope and objectivesPerformance Monitoring & ReportingTrack key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and deliverablesDevelop reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadershipAnalyze project data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesFinancial & Resource OversightAssist in budget tracking, cost analysis, and resource allocationMonitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgetsSupport financial reporting and forecasting activitiesRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify risks and issues that may impact project deliveryDevelop mitigation strategies and track resolution effortsCoordinate with stakeholders to address challenges proactivelyProcess Improvement & GovernanceDevelop and implement PMO processes, tools, and best practicesEnsure compliance with DoD, DoN, SECNAV, and NAVSEA directivesSupport standardization of reporting and project management methodologiesRequirementsBachelor's degree + 5 years experience OR 10+ years relevant experienceExperience in:Project/program management supportData analysis and reportingRequired:Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)#J-18808-Ljbffr
