Job DescriptionPosition: GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst- ExpertLocation: NGA WashingtonOffice Supported: SXP - Source Persistence OfficeSchedule: Shift 1Clearance: TS/SCI OR TS/SCI w CI Poly (Will have to obtain CI Poly)Job Type: Full TimeLocation: Springfield, VA (Hybrid)Compensation: Up to $115,000Required Qualifications10+ years supporting the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle for GEOINT data, including real-time and activity-based collection.7+ years managing large multi-source data sensemaking efforts, evaluating model confidence and reliability metrics, developing automated collection strategies, and collaborating with data scientists.Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors and collection capabilities, including automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies utilizing temporal and spatial datasets.Experience supporting day-to-day operations across geographically dispersed program environments while managing multiple priorities.Knowledge of National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) focus areas, collection management structures, and collaborative GEOINT collection, production, and visualization tools.Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-source, multi-intelligence collection strategies for complex intelligence challenges.Experience supporting the research phase of Information Need development and understanding how phenomenology impacts traditional and non-traditional GEOINT tasking.Experience utilizing GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and supporting GEOINT collection management processes.EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferred QualificationsCandidates with the following experience will receive additional consideration:Experience developing or contributing to training materials.Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting unique or non-traditional National Technical Means (NTM) sensor capabilities.Experience translating intelligence workflows and operational capabilities into learning objectives for training audiences.Operational experience working with vector data.Clearance RequirementsTS/SCI OR TS/SCI w CI Poly (Will have to obtain CI Poly)#J-18808-Ljbffr
