Production Scheduler - Level 2

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Level 2 Production Scheduler to join our team in Huntsville, AL.Summary of Key DutiesValidate procurement delivery dates for impacts on production schedules and support procurement to update system to match real delivery datesCommunicate critical supply chain needs to stakeholders, including IPTs, PMM, and other teamsCommunicate schedule threats and drive escalation process with IPTs, PMM, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issuesFacilitate non-support burndowns plans and actions, including alternate parts, production flow changes, and other solutions to mitigate material shortagesPrioritize items through receiving inspection to ensure timely processing and minimize delaysConsult with demand manager on any network changes and updates, and analyze associated impacts on material requirements and production schedulesBasic QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling softwareExperience with critical path methodologyKnowledge of Schedule PerformanceProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsMust be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearanceDesired SkillsActive Secret security clearanceDevelopment, management and maintenance of manufacturing schedules.Collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholdersSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
