This role combines routine security duties with rapid emergency response, requiring flexibility, strong communication, and sound judgment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to alarms, emergencies, and service calls as neededMonitor dispatch/command center communications and coordinate response effortsConduct interior and exterior patrols of assigned locationsPerform access control and maintain a visible security presenceIdentify and report suspicious activity or security risksComplete detailed incident and activity reportsRespond to emergencies (medical, fire, alarms, security threats) following established proceduresProvide professional customer service while interacting with the public and clientsRequirementsMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or GED required1–2 years of security experience preferredPrior military or law enforcement experience a plusValid driver's license with clean MVR (required for response duties)Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable using technology and security systemsAbility to walk/stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)Detail-oriented with strong situational awarenessAbility to remain calm and effective in emergency situationsMust have at least one verifiable employerAuthorized to work in the U.S.Additional ExpectationsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanorDemonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethicWillingness to complete pre-employment screening (drug test, background check, MVR)What We OfferCompetitive hourly payTraining and development opportunitiesSt. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity EmployerM/F/D/V.MA #LW-0305AEducation Requirements (All)HS DiplomaGED or H.S.
