TEAP Subject Matter Expert (SME I TEAP) The Trainee Employee Assistance Program (TEAP) Subject Matter Expert supports Job Corps' national substance abuse prevention and intervention program by providing clinical consultation, technical assistance, and program oversight. Place of Performance: Remote with occasional travel Work Schedule:Base Period: October 31, 2026 – October 30, 2027, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST), as required to support contract performance. Occasional travel required. Minimum Requirements Licensed Psychologist, PhD, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW required). Minimum five (5) years of experience providing substance abuse counseling. Experience with adolescent behavioral health. Experience evaluating substance abuse programs. Strong communication and documentation skills. Duties and Responsibilities Provide substance abuse program consultation. Review TEAP program compliance. Support alcohol and drug prevention initiatives. Participate in center assessments. Conduct technical assistance visits. Deliver webinars and training. Assist with policy development. Review program effectiveness. Prepare monthly reports. Support continuous improvement efforts. #CB
