Nursing Subject Matter Expert (SME I Nursing) The Nursing Subject Matter Expert provides nursing oversight and quality assurance for healthcare delivery throughout the Job Corps Health and Wellness Program. Place of Performance: Remote with occasional nationwide travel. Work Schedule: Base Period: October 31, 2026 – October 30, 2027, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST), as required to support contract performance. Occasional travel required. Minimum Requirements Licensed Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Minimum five (5) years of healthcare operations experience. Experience with quality assurance and medical record review. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Labor (DOL) Public Trust suitability determination. Duties and Responsibilities Review nursing documentation and medical records. Evaluate healthcare quality and compliance. Participate in center assessments. Review corrective action plans. Provide technical assistance to Job Corps centers. Recommend process improvements. Support quality assurance initiatives. Prepare assessment reports. Participate in policy development. Collaborate with clinical leadership. #CB
