Senior Superintendent - Multifamily

Description Lead all day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety goals. Develop and manage short-term and long-term project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time. Conduct daily site walks, subcontractor meetings, and progress reviews to proactively resolve field issues. Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Inspectors throughout the construction process. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, quality control requirements, and project documentation. Mentor field staff and foster a collaborative jobsite culture that drives accountability, communication, and project success. Profile A successful Senior Superintendent - Multifamily should have: Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects. Strong ability to manage subcontractors, field crews, schedules, and project logistics. Experience delivering commercial, industrial, multifamily, senior living, or municipal projects. A hands-on leadership style with a passion for construction and building high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders. A track record of maintaining safety, quality, and schedule performance throughout the project lifecycle.
