Virtual Training Specialist

Locations: Fort Bragg, NC
Shifts Available: Please note, candidates must be flexible. Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements.
Job Description: IDS is seeking a Virtual Training Specialist to support virtual training requirements and mission-focused training events. The selected candidate will provide instruction and training support utilizing virtual simulation systems and military training methodologies in support of operational training objectives.
Key Duties:
- Support virtual training activities and events.
- Provide instruction using virtual simulation systems.
- Support training development and execution requirements.
- Apply military training experience to support mission objectives.
- Support military training exercises and scenario-based learning activities.
Requirements:
- Secret clearance.
- Associate degree. Two years' experience as a Special Operations Forces or closely related military training/assignment may substitute for academic degree.
- Military Instructor Training Course or civilian equivalent required.
- Military Combat Arms background.
Compensation:
Competitive Hourly Pay

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
