cFocus Software seeks an ELINT Operations Specialist to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field with 4-12+ years of ELINT analysis experience
  • Knowledge of radar systems, electronic warfare, and signal processing
  • Experience with ELINT analysis tools and databases
  • Understanding of electromagnetic spectrum and RF propagation
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills

Duties:
  • Analyzes electronic intelligence (ELINT) data to identify, characterize, and geolocate electronic emitters.
  • Conducts technical analysis of radar and communication systems.
  • Develops ELINT collection strategies and requirements.
  • Produces intelligence reports and technical assessments.
  • Maintains ELINT databases and reference materials.
  • Collaborates with signals intelligence analysts and mission partners.
  • Supports operational planning and targeting activities.
