Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will leverage extensive technical expertise to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability while mentoring a team in an Agile environment.Key responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirementsDevelop and customize ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scriptsMentor a team of ServiceNow developers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutionsRequired qualifications:Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administrationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application developmentExperience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
