Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Federal SOC Engineer Detect and Respond Analyst will design, implement, and operate security infrastructure while actively monitoring and responding to security threats across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects to evaluate, select, implement, and optimize security technologies, including SIEM and EDR solutionsMonitor security alerts and perform incident analysis, including investigation and remediation of security threatsEnsure adherence to security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and FedRAMP, while maintaining documentation of security architecture and processesRequired QualificationsUS Citizenship required due to Government client requirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training/certification7+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or Systems Engineer3+ years of experience with email security tools (e.g., Proofpoint) and CrowdStrike EDR solutionsIn-depth knowledge of AWS integration with Information Security methodologies
