Serving as the senior strategic advisor to leadership, the remote Executive Consultant will provide expert policy analysis, executive communications, and organizational strategy while supporting the Deputy Director and senior management in fire and aviation management.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the principal strategic advisor on fire and aviation management policy issuesAnalyze emerging legislation and agency initiatives affecting wildland fire managementDevelop executive correspondence and policy recommendations supporting USDA and Forest Service prioritiesRequired Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in executive consulting or strategic planningExtensive knowledge of USFS Fire and Aviation Management and federal administrative processesDemonstrated experience preparing executive-level communications and policy documentsBachelor's degree in business or a related field
