To support investment and operating decisions across the self-storage portfolio, the full-time remote Market & Competitive Intelligence Analyst will collect, analyze, and visualize market data, transforming it into actionable insights and dashboards for strategic decision-making.Key responsibilities:Design and refine the internal quarterly market report, ensuring timely completion and distributionMaintain a standardized market and asset scoring model, conducting quarterly reviews to reflect current conditionsProduce recurring portfolio-level dashboards that track key performance indicators and highlight trends requiring actionRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related field1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in market research or investment analysisStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for building reports and dashboardsExperience with GIS, demographic, or market intelligence platforms preferredAbility to work full-time with significant overlap with U.S. business hours
