To support the design and development of AI/ML-enabled personnel management products for a high-visibility Department of War Program, the full-time AI Engineer with Secret Clearance will design data pipelines, scoring algorithms, and API infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent matching capabilities.Key responsibilitiesDesign and develop data pipelines and algorithms for AI-driven matching and recommendation capabilitiesBuild and maintain integrations between the matching engine and existing program management platforms, ensuring data handoff and architecture complianceCollaborate with product managers and technical SMEs to validate algorithm outputs and develop explainability features for transparencyRequired qualificationsEligibility for a Secret clearance required; active Secret clearance preferred3-5 years of full-stack engineering experience in production-grade applicationsStrong backend development experience in Python, with proficiency in building data-intensive applicationsExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs for cross-system integrationSolid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
