To support government initiatives, the full-time remote Instructional Designer with Public Trust will design, develop, and maintain high-quality online learning experiences for Head Start and Early Childhood Education professionals using Articulate Rise 360 and Moodle Workplace.Key responsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging, accessible online courses based on SME content and adult learning principlesManage the iPD course catalog, ensuring content accuracy, organization, and compliance with educational standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and validate course content, while conducting quality assurance testing for accessibility and functionalityRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in instructional designHands-on experience developing courses in Articulate Rise 360 and using Moodle or similar LMSProficiency in creating accessible, self-paced online learning tailored for adult learnersAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearance
