Title: HUMINT Targeting SpecialistLocation: Washington, DCClearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraphResponsibilities:Provides detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against a hard target topic, including in-depth analysis of the topics, in support of operational planning and target knowledge ensuring its analytical/targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirementsFocuses analytical efforts to identify, assist, or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planningEmploys an array of analytical methodologies leveraged against targeting requirements in order to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topicLeverages the multi-INT community to support targeting effortsResearches and assesses potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT targeting methodologiesProduces various Targeting Packages (TP); utilizes client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production statusConducts analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Terrorist Identify Datamart Environment (TIDE), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) databases, Managed Attribution systems (MAS), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIXs), KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative related databasesRequirements:Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8 years of directly related experienceCertification from any of the following required (or their Title 50 equivalent):Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPrevious HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO) preferredPrevious experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF desiredPrevious support to Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues preferredActive TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraphEqual Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
