Description Lead and oversee all daily field operations for assigned construction projects. Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment resources. Coordinate project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget expectations. Participate in project meetings and collaborate with project management teams. Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, project documentation, and as-built records. Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and field modifications. Enforce safety standards and support a strong safety culture across all job sites. Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders Profile 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership position within heavy civil construction. Experience with excavation, earthwork, utilities, dams, water resources, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Demonstrated success leading crews, subcontractors, and field operations. Strong planning, scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction reporting systems, project documentation, and standard office software. Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region as required. Strong commitment to jobsite safety, quality, and operational excellence. Job Offer Competitive compensation based on experience.
