We are committed to supporting your success in both your professional and personal lives.Position OverviewWe are looking for a HUMINT Targeting Specialist to join our team onsite at DIA.ResponsibilitiesConduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.Required QualificationsExperience with computer‑based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIXExperience writing CablesKnowledge of the DoW and wider ICAbility to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst NotebookActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam"Bachelor's" degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degreePreferred QualificationsExperience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive levelExperience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open‑Source ResearchExperience navigating complex mission sets with both DoW and non-DoW Federal Departments and AgenciesKnowledge of the INDOPACOM AORPay TransparencyThe salary range for this role is $85,000‑$91,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
