Client Details Our client is a well‑established interiors general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑end corporate and commercial fit‑outs across NYC. They offer a consistent pipeline of work, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to work on some of Manhattan's most impressive workplace environments. Description Oversee daily jobsite operations for commercial/corporate interior projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and trade coordination. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain organized documentation. Work closely with Project Managers to drive project progress and resolve issues quickly. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent on corporate/commercial interiors projects in NYC. Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishes, and MEP coordination. Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving parts on site. A team‑oriented professional who takes ownership and delivers results.
