Join our high energy and collaborative team and truly make a difference every day.Crisis Support Professional Openings: Compensation: $21 per hour Monday-Friday/ $23.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday. In this role you will be making a difference by:Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares as neededAdministering medicationsCooking and light housekeepingProvide constant supervisionTransportation to appointments and community eventsTo be considered for this role you must:Carry a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicleAbility to float between houses in Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and North St. Paul as needed.Hold an acceptable driving recordPossess strong English communication skillsBe able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background checkPrevious experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is requiredBenefits for full-time employees:Generous health and dental insurance with 50p% of premiums paid by PTC.Retirement plan with employer matching.Monthly cell phone reimbursement.Paid time off.
