Visitor Security Control Personnel

Position Summary

The Visitor Security Control Specialist provides professional visitor management services by controlling facility access, verifying credentials, processing visitors, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring compliance with government security requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Verify visitor identification.
  • Process visitor requests.
  • Issue visitor badges.
  • Maintain visitor logs.
  • Coordinate visitor escorts.
  • Monitor entry control points.
  • Enforce installation access procedures.
  • Report suspicious activity.
  • Maintain accountability of visitor records.
  • Support emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience working in a secure government environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate electronic visitor management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Military installation access control experience.
  • Experience operating automated visitor control systems.
  • Knowledge of Army access procedures.

Security Clearance
  • Active Secret Clearance.
