The Estimator works closely with senior management and operations to provide pricing quotes for new business, updates for annual contracts, and ensure that accounting is aware of all pricing revisions on a timely basis. This position will handle all pricing (standard and prevailing wage) requests for customers of Traffic Plan.
Essential Functions:
Handle all bid/pricing requests for customers of both Traffic Plan and Northwest Traffic Control Services.
Respond to customer quote requests in a professional and expeditious manner.
Prepare detailed SOW's.
Work with in house counsel on MSA documents and negotiate changes with customer.
Work with customers to renew annual contract renewals.
Prepare MOT plans as requested.
Bachelor's degree, or combination of education plus experience in the construction field.
Strong leadership, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, coworkers, and vendors.
Strong analytical skills.
Read and interpret traffic MOT plans.
Prior experience in Traffic Control
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Compensation details: 85000-95000 Yearly Salary
