Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.We offer:Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global networkTraining and development programs to take your career to the next levelComprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)ResponsibilitiesHow will you make an impact?Coordination of the overall cabin appearance cleaning operation by conducting agent observations and associated activities, scheduling, manpower utilization as well as maintaining a safe, dependable and consistent operationAdminister local training programs, maintain supplies and inventory control logs as well as assist management in the completion of administrative dutiesPerforms Cabin Appearance Agent work as requiredPerform the cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiorsCabin cleaning is done using specified cleaning chemicals, materials and equipmentResponsible for cleaning seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cabin cockpit, galley, and lavatoriesMay clean aircraft windshields when appropriateResponsible for stocking supplies onboard the aircraft which include toilet paper, sanitary products, drinking cups, napkins, and condiments in galley areas and lavatoriesRemove and dispose of trash from work areasKeep ramp area and supply areas clean and free of debrisMay provide guide man functions and connect/remove ground power start unitsUse a specified check-list to ensure all work is completedComplete all work assignments within specific time constraintsCommunicate with supervisor to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on aircraft left by a customer as well as any identifying any damaged items in the work area or aircraft cabinOrganizing workgroups and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsWho we are looking for?Minimum Age: 18High school diploma, GED, or international equivalentAbility to work overnight hours including weekends and holidays; shifts may vary depending on locationRequires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessityBe able to report to work on a regular and timely basisMust have attention to detail to accomplish cleaning of all areas of aircraft interiorAbility to carry, bend, lift and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbsDemonstrated ability to communication effectively both orally and in writingAbility to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languagePossess the legal right to work in the United StatesPrevious experience in a team lead capacity preferredGood organizational and interpersonal skills are necessaryAbove-average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment are essentialAdministrative experience preferredAbove average attendance preferredPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
