This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company in Bossier, LA. Length of assignment: 2 months (approx. Dec 15th end date). Will this role convert to FTE: Possibly, but no guarantee. Expected start date: ASAP. Shift, hours, rotation: Always 12 hours shifts 6:00PM – 6:00AM, but worker has two options for days worked: 1. Five day work week (start Monday night and end Saturday morning) 2. Rotation - 10 days on 4 days off. Is this the role 100% onsite, 100% remote, or hybrid remote/onsite? If hybrid what is the expected onsite/work from home schedule? 100% onsite.
Description: Receives telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment. Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and knowledge of two-way radio and telephone operating procedures. This is an entry-level position.
What are the top 3-5 skills needed to perform this role? 1. Some computer skills (will be taught how to use HAL applications) 2. Take incoming calls 3. Light customer service for individuals in Halliburton vehicles.
What are the top 3-5 soft skills/personality traits needed to perform this role? 1. Any office/admin experience should be transferrable 2. Okay working 12 hr shifts at night.
How will you be conducting interviews? In person, 30 minutes. Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening.
