Job Position: Second Shift - Security Gatehouse Officer

Location: Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: Evening Shift 3pm - 11pm MON - SUN Schedule will vary and will include at least one weekend day

Responsibilities
Monitor and control access at the gatehouse entrance
Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional manner
Verify visitor information and maintain accurate records
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security concerns
Communicate effectively with management and residents
Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment at all times

Qualifications
Clean background required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the shift
Previous security experience is a plus, but not required

Additional Information
Candidates will receive SLED certification through the employer
Training provided for qualified candidates
