You'll serve as the main point of contact between customers and our field teams, ensuring that service calls are scheduled efficiently and handled with care. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for coordinating routes, managing communication between technicians and customers, and supporting daily administrative tasks that help our crews deliver top-quality service.Job FunctionsAnswering phones and collecting customer informationPlanning routes and coordinating schedulesManaging drivers and vehicles in the crew fleetCompleting various administrative tasksSupporting communication between customers and field techniciansQualificationsHighly organized and detail-orientedSelf-starter with strong motivation and high energyExcellent communication and customer service skillsWorks well under pressure and can prioritize tasks effectivelyComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsHealth insurance (including long/short-term disability and options to add vision and dental)401(k) with company matchingPaid time off and holidaysBi-weekly compensationAll tools and supplies providedAdvancement potentialWork-from-home option available after 90-day trial periodPay: $18/hour Job Type: Full-time, in-office (remote option after training) Hours: Multiple shifts available; schedule details to be confirmed during the interview.A background check is required.
