Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officer to provide overnight security services at a gated residential community in Leesburg, Virginia. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control access at the community entrance.
  • Verify residents, visitors, contractors, and authorized guests.
  • Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the community.
  • Maintain a visible security presence.
  • Monitor and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and security incidents.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner.
  • Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
  • Provide professional customer service while enforcing community policies and procedures.
