Summary

To support customer success, the full-time remote Onboarding Analyst will manage the migration of aircraft maintenance and operational data into Veryon's platform, ensuring data accuracy and completeness while collaborating with customers and internal teams.Key responsibilitiesMigrate and validate aircraft maintenance data from various formats into standardized templates, ensuring completeness and accuracyMaintain data integrity throughout the onboarding process by identifying and resolving discrepancies and performing quality assurance reviewsCommunicate with customers regarding onboarding requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completionRequired qualifications2+ years of experience in data migration, customer onboarding, or a related analytical roleExperience with Excel, PDFs, and managing structured/unstructured data while maintaining high accuracyStrong analytical skills to identify inconsistencies and validate complex datasetsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM platforms like SalesforceExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
