To support operational efficiency, the full-time remote Business Process Automation Analyst will systematically investigate workflows across departments, document processes, and identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity.Key responsibilities:Conduct structured interviews and observe workflows to identify high-value knowledge work for automationDocument end-to-end processes and classify steps for automation, human verification, or manual handlingPrioritize automation opportunities and manage the intake from the automation request portalRequired qualifications:3+ years in business process analysis, operations improvement, or workflow optimizationExperience working across multiple departments or business unitsFamiliarity with process mining, value stream mapping, or similar structured discovery methodsExperience managing or contributing to an internal automation request intake processBackground in gov-tech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
