Supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer Statutory Implementation (CSI) Directorate, the hybrid Senior Policy Strategist (DOD) will manage complex policy writing, adjudication, and project oversight while ensuring compliance with federal statutes and DoD policies.Key responsibilitiesDraft and align Records Management policies with DoDI 5015.02 and NARA/OSW-approved schedulesIntegrate Records Management requirements into business processes and oversee shared-drive-to-SharePoint Online migrationAdjudicate complex documents and translate technical requirements into executive-level briefingsRequired qualificationsMaster's degree in Information Technology or related field plus 15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experienceActive Secret or Top Secret clearanceDemonstrated experience in adjudicating complex policy documentsStrong technical writing and executive-briefing skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
