Supporting a dynamic mix of commercial and government aviation customers, the full-time FAA Licensed Flight Dispatcher will manage real-time flight operations, flight planning, and customer coordination in a remote work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming trip requests and develop compliant flight plans based on operational requirementsMonitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews, assessing risks and coordinating changesDeliver professional preflight and enroute briefings while maintaining accurate dispatch documentation and complianceRequired QualificationsFAA Aircraft Dispatcher CertificatePrevious professional flight dispatch experience, preferably in Part 121, Part 135, military, or international operationsStrong situational awareness and decision-making skills in time-sensitive operational environmentsAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidaysProficiency with modern dispatch systems and digital collaboration tools
