Seeking experienced Superintendents and Punch List Superintendents to support large-scale residential, condominium, and mixed-use developments. You'll oversee finishing phases, coordinate trades, and drive projects through turnover with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Client Details Our clients are respected general contractors delivering landmark projects across South Florida. With decades of market presence and a strong reputation for quality construction, they offer stable leadership, excellent cultures, and a growing backlog of work. Description * Lead punch list activities across residential units and common areas * Coordinate subcontractors, MEP partners, and finishing crews * Track deficiencies, complete inspections, and ensure timely closeout * Support project teams with scheduling, reporting, and quality assurance * Maintain safe, organised, and productive project environments Profile * 5+ years of superintendent, assistant superintendent, or punch list leadership experience * Experience on multifamily, condominium, hospitality, or luxury residential projects * Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and closeout processes * Comfortable taking a hands-on approach when required * Experience with Procore and OSHA certification preferred Job Offer Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 + bonus * Health insurance, 401(k), vehicle allowance, and technology package * Exposure to iconic residential and mixed-use developments * Clear advancement opportunities with growing construction organisations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
