Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a FUSION All-Source CUAS Analyst to provide intelligence support to the C5ISR Center and the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade's Theater Ground Intelligence Center-Central (TGIC‑C) located at Ft. Gordon, GA.This successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Conduct all-source and specialized intelligence analysis and vulnerability assessment support on adversary UAS operations within the CENTCOM AOR in support of FUSION analytical efforts.Provide multi-faceted analysis that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UAS network activities.Maintain expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as NGT, RMT, Crate, M3, TAC, MIST, YETI, BODHI, PULSE, NRO Fade, NCTC Online, TIDE, Highpoint, ICReach SIGINT database, and Cultweave SIGINT database.Apply a practical understanding of geospatial intel tools such as Cedallion, GETS, ArcGIS, Map of the World, and Google Earth.Apply expert understanding of unmanned aerial systems, with specific emphasis on Groups 1-3 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and UxS, their capabilities, technical performance, and operational employment.Produce strong professional written intelligence products.Respond to and meet established suspense dates for any assigned requests for information.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring intelligence efforts are aligned with broader organizational priorities.Develop and execute intelligence strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.Apply an understanding of AIDP and MAVEN.Apply strong critical thinking skills across all analytical efforts.Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.Military Intelligence MOS background with completed formal military intelligence training/school.Bachelor's degree with 3-10 years of experience; or Associate's degree with 7 years of experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.Required Experience More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, and well‑versed in all areas of military intelligence.More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack‑the‑network or CT operations, including counter‑facilitation.More than three years of experience providing counter‑threat intelligence support and/or asymmetric threat analysis.Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir, or link diagram.Strong writing and briefing skills, with the ability to provide flag officer level and above analysis.Experience conducting functional analyses of commercial‑based technology devices (specifically RCIED and UAS) and describing how the device functions.Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest commercial‑based and emerging technologies that could be utilized by adversaries, and ability to articulate how use of that technology would affect DoD capability.Ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.Ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries as well as COTS items to provide technology assessments.Preferred Qualifications Experience creating and maintaining data models used to turn complex organizational data into usable data.Experience developing, testing, and maintaining scripts using the Python programming language.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong critical thinking and analytical skillsStrong professional writing and briefing skills, up to flag officer levelAbility to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional and multi‑agency teamsAbility to develop and execute intelligence strategies aligned with organizational goalsAbility to work independently and meet established suspense datesAbility to operate effectively in classified and sensitive mission environmentsWhy Join PCG Parra Consulting Group offers a collaborative, mission‑focused environment where your expertise directly supports national security operations.competitive compensation100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision coveragelife and disability insurancea PTO plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
