Summary
Dispatcher Position
The Dispatcher is responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for our technicians and the company. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring all appointments and client requests are handled professionally. This position will require you to communicate across departments and with clients daily. You will be expected to communicate using multiple communication platforms including phone, email, text, and chat. Pay range: $20-22 per hour. This position will be at Senske Headquarters, no remote.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, rescheduling, canceling clients' appointments as needed
- Sending mass messages to notify clients of service or due for next services
- Calling/texting/emailing a pre-notify message to our clients before next visits
- Answering phone availability throughout the shift
- Back up and support of other routing positions in case of staff shortages or peak hours
- Collaborate with team leaders, supervisors, and managers to identify and fill training gaps
- Run/conduct intermittent training/quizzes with supervisor to find the effectiveness of the training and process
- Utilize our CRM software
- Stay up to date on company and branch practices and be able to effectively communicate our practices to other employees and/or clients
- Constant communication and engagement with the team and department on all scheduling and routing related information/needs
- Corresponding by using all company platforms and mediums for communication throughout the workday
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dispatching or scheduling role
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
