Cooper Electric Supply, LLC we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can offer exciting opportunities to grow your career.What You Will Do: Dispatch and schedule both CDL and non-CDL drivers.Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, special handling requests, and service-related issues.Analyze routes, review driver logs, and maintain accurate records.Resolve delivery issues through regular communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Print and distribute daily manifests.Direct the movement and positioning of trucks and trailers within the yard.Assess truck capacity and identify alternative delivery solutions when needed.Coordinate vehicle repairs and communicate equipment-related issues.Provide detailed shift handoff reports to ensure seamless transition between teams.Escalate driver concerns or performance issues to leadership as appropriate.Partner with the operations team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during the shift.Review orders and routes proactively to identify and correct potential problems.What You Will Bring: Ability to learn and adapt to various software systems.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to work effectively in situations with multiple variables and limited standardization.Ability to interpret and follow written, verbal, diagrammatic, and scheduling instructions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer applications and dispatch-related systems.Bilingual in English and Spanish required.Compensation: Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hourLocation: Cranbury, NJ Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.What We Offer You: Healthcare plansDental & visionPaid time offPaid parental leave401(k) retirement savings with company matchProfessional and personal development programsOpportunity to become a shareholderEmployer-paid short- and long-term disabilityEmployer-paid life insurance for spouse and dependentsRobust wellness programGym reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)
